Jordan Stephenson (Founder)

Founder of Stephenson Structural Consultants and a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 15 years’ experience, Jordan combines strong technical principles with a practical, easy‑going approach that makes projects run smoothly. Jordan takes time to explain options, listen to concerns and keep everyone aligned. His focus is always on safe, efficient, buildable solutions that meet high technical standards without over‑complicating the design.
Lauren Stephenson (Manager & Admin)
Lauren ensures the business operates seamlessly every day. Bringing 8 years of experience managing large teams alongside her Level 3 Team Leading and Management qualification, she directs quality control, operational workflows, and company standards to maintain our high service level. She also heads our administration department, streamlining communication and organisation to provide essential support so our engineers stay focused on technical precision.
