A barn conversion and extension carried out with the services of Stephenson Structural to transform the space and create additional habitable areas. Services included the designs of a new roof structure for the barn, wall strengthening and foundations for the extension.

Stephenson Structural carried out the structural designs for the removal of several walls to create large open plan areas to this residential property. The designs including steel beams, columns, masonry piers and foundations.

A large two storey side extension and single storey rear extension successfully delivered with the Structural Engineering Services of Stephenson Structural. Our services included the designs of the roofs, floors, walls and foundations as well as supporting steelwork.

Stephenson Structural provided the structural designs for the removal of internal load bearing wall to create a larger kitchen / dining space to this residential property. The designs included the steel beam, surrounding masonry checks and foundations checks.

This two storey side extension was completed with the services of Stephenson Structural. Services included the design of a complex hipped roof arrangement to the extension, masonry, floor and foundation designs and some internal alterations requiring supporting beams to the removed walls.

Conversion of a garage into a habitable games room / office space. Stephenson Structural carried out checks on the foundations, as well as strengthening details to the floor, walls and roof.
